Homemade shawarma in lavash

And you should prepare shawarma in this way: You need to cut the flesh from the chicken thighs

Place cabbage on thin Armenian lavash and fried chicken on top of it (3 spoons per serving). Sprinkle everything with ketchup. Next, put tomato and cucumber slices, and put Korean carrots on top and pour mayonnaise on top. Wrap it in a roll. Fry the roll on both sides in a heated frying pan.

I like to serve it with potatoes as a side dish. That's why I cut potatoes
