    How to make cold iced coffee at home? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You need instant coffee, whatever you like best. There is coffee with vanilla or hazelnut flavor. I had coffee with hazelnut flavor - the result is incredible in taste and aroma. If you want a richer taste of coffee, you can add a little more of it. First put the milk in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes.

    Boil the water. If you wish, instead of instant, you can cook two portions of espresso in a Turk and strain from the grounds. Then pour the coffee into another container, add sugar and whip into foam. The rest is according to the recipe.

    Mix ground coffee, sugar and boiling water in a container and beat with a mixer until a thick, stable foam is obtained. If you don't have a mixer, you can use an immersion or stand blender. If you don’t have any equipment at all, you can beat everything with a regular whisk or fork. However, most likely you will not get such fluffy, airy and dense foam. But it will also be delicious.

    Pour cold milk into mulled wine glasses or transparent cups. This coffee is very beautiful and therefore it is better to serve it in transparent containers. This way the drink will give you not only taste, but also aesthetic pleasure.

For dessert, I made myself homemade iced coffee. What attracts me most is the coffee cap, of course). I have already prepared such a drink, I have experience. But this time I succeeded only on the second try. At first I took a wider bowl, it’s not convenient, splashes fly and the coffee doesn’t whip up well. The second time I took a narrow glass from a blender and the blender itself with a whisk attachment. And the second time I added a little less boiling water. I beat for about three minutes and this time I got a stable foam! I poured a little vanilla sugar into the milk itself for taste and stirred until completely dissolved. Coffee foam, similar to a thick cream, adheres well to the surface of the milk due to gas bubbles. It's very beautiful and very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!

A wonderful recipe worthy of the attention of an avid coffee lover, and not only that! Taking into account the fact that it is winter, I made some adjustments (may the author of this masterpiece forgive me). Namely, instead of cold milk I used heated milk. Which did not affect the recipe at all. And the neighbors who came in droves to the tasting were absolutely delighted! We appreciated the cool - both literally and figuratively - coffee cap, as well as the aesthetic appearance that the drink acquired in the glass itself due to the temperature difference of the ingredients (the coffee should be a little hotter). The glass can be replaced with a wide cup or a thermal cup. This is a matter of taste. One thing is wonderful - the taste of this invigorating and healthy drink does not suffer from the vessel in which it is served. The only thing that my guests didn’t like was the amount of sugar. It seemed too sweet. Next time I will vary it according to their tastes. Otherwise, the recipe is perfect in my opinion! Proof of this is the photo that I attach.
