STEP 1
How to make cold iced coffee at home? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You need instant coffee, whatever you like best. There is coffee with vanilla or hazelnut flavor. I had coffee with hazelnut flavor - the result is incredible in taste and aroma. If you want a richer taste of coffee, you can add a little more of it. First put the milk in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes.
STEP 2
Boil the water. If you wish, instead of instant, you can cook two portions of espresso in a Turk and strain from the grounds. Then pour the coffee into another container, add sugar and whip into foam. The rest is according to the recipe.
STEP 3
Mix ground coffee, sugar and boiling water in a container and beat with a mixer until a thick, stable foam is obtained. If you don't have a mixer, you can use an immersion or stand blender. If you don’t have any equipment at all, you can beat everything with a regular whisk or fork. However, most likely you will not get such fluffy, airy and dense foam. But it will also be delicious.
STEP 4
Pour cold milk into mulled wine glasses or transparent cups. This coffee is very beautiful and therefore it is better to serve it in transparent containers. This way the drink will give you not only taste, but also aesthetic pleasure.
STEP 5
Pour coffee foam on top. If you wish, you can add a couple of ice cubes to each cup. Serve your homemade iced coffee immediately. This coffee can be served with any pastries, candies and other sweets. Bon appetit!
