I understand that yogurt should be unsweetened? otherwise I imagined herring with sweet yogurt...

Interesting recipe. I don't understand with yogurt either. I'd rather use whipped sour cream with mayonnaise. Apples also raise doubts, the combination of all the ingredients in general... Will the stomach withstand such a mixture. At least it’s not herring with milk :) I’ll try it and write how my family reacted. By the way, is the herring salted? or raw? you never know..
