STEP 1

How to make Hawaiian salad with chicken and pineapple? Prepare your food. Pre-boil the fillet and eggs and cool. It is better to take pineapples in rings - they are sweeter and tastier. Take hard or semi-hard cheese, the main condition is that it is tasty, with a bright taste.
STEP 2

Boil the fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Place it in boiling salted water. Cook the fillets over medium heat until tender, 30-40 minutes, depending on size. Then remove from the broth and cut into small cubes. Instead of boiled breast, you can use ready-made smoked breast. And it will be even tastier if you sprinkle the fillet with salt and spices (curry, herbs de Provence, ground black pepper) and bake in foil until cooked.
STEP 3

Drain the pineapples. Lightly squeeze the rings and cut into small pieces.
STEP 4

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut them into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Combine chicken, pineapples, eggs and cheese in a salad bowl.
