    Then remove the hare pieces from the marinade, dry with a kitchen towel and place on a baking sheet, add salt and pre-chopped roots and onions, pour in oil and fry in a preheated oven until a beautiful golden brown crust forms. While frying, periodically pour the hare pieces with the juice that comes out of the meat.

    Place the roasted hare in a saucepan. Add the juice that formed during frying to the sour cream and pour this mixture over the meat. I haven’t had a chance to cook a hare yet, I can’t even imagine what this meat tastes like. Looks pretty tasty, it should be delicious. I saw a similar recipe, I wonder if it’s better with or without carrots?

The meat turned out sour and lost all its taste. I think you shouldn’t marinate it in vinegar, or in this ratio of water and vinegar.

My hare was young, so it took 1 hour to cook. It turned out very tasty. True, the marinade was very weak. But in my opinion, if the hare is young, then you can do it without any marinade at all.
