I really love mushroom dishes, I usually just fry them in a frying pan. This time I decided to cook fried mushrooms in sour cream and onions, for this I took out my own “raincoats” from the freezer. The frozen mushrooms were already pre-boiled, so I fried them in a frying pan for a very short time, added more sour cream, so the mushrooms acquired an interesting creamy taste. Served with finely chopped parsley and mashed potatoes. It turned out to be a wonderful combination, be sure to cook this dish, you should like it)

I liked the dish, but I replaced the mushrooms with obabki because I don’t really like honey mushrooms, but it’s quite tasty

I love any mushrooms. I definitely freeze it for the winter, I cook this dish in winter from frozen honey mushrooms, it turns out no worse than from fresh ones! I like to photograph my prepared dishes, I will share my photos.
