My whites took about 30 minutes to thaw. It’s better to take home-tested eggs, but for those who are afraid of salmonellosis, you can keep the yolk in the microwave for a minute, it retains its shape and becomes flaky inside.

Girls, your questions are strange, by God... Here is a photograph of the finished dish. It clearly shows that the yolk STANDS on the white. And at the same time it doesn’t even spread at all. And regarding the fact that “how can you eat a frozen yolk”... Well, everyone has different tastes, right?
