STEP 1
How to fry chicken wings in a frying pan? We will prepare and measure all the products. Wings must be thoroughly rinsed in cold water and dried with paper towels.
STEP 2
For the marinade, mix soy sauce, butter and sugar. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or just finely chop it. You only need to add a little salt to the marinade; there is enough salt in soy sauce. Place the wings in the prepared mixture, mix well and place in the refrigerator for three hours, or better yet, overnight.
STEP 3
Before frying the wings, the pan must be well heated. We do not add oil, it is already in the marinade.
STEP 4
Fry the wings on both sides for about five minutes until golden brown. Be careful not to burn them, because the marinade contains sugar. I didn't follow a bit)
STEP 5
Finally, I put the frying pan with the wings in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes, so that they were cooked thoroughly. Keep in mind that everyone's oven is different. Cooking temperatures and times may differ from those indicated in the recipe.
