STEP 1
How to fry chicken legs with garlic in a frying pan? Prepare everything you need for this.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken legs under running water and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
STEP 3
Place the legs in a large bowl and sprinkle them with salt and spices. You can use any spice you like. I added a little paprika and ground black pepper.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic and pass through a press into the bowl with the legs. Add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
STEP 5
Mix all the spices with the legs, rubbing them thoroughly. Leave the chicken legs to marinate for 1-2 hours. You can leave them for a longer time, but then put them in the refrigerator, covering them with cling film.
STEP 6
To fry, heat a frying pan until hot and add olive oil. Place the legs and fry them in a hot frying pan on both sides.
STEP 7
The legs will be covered with a golden crust. Reduce the heat and continue cooking them for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. If you want them to have a crispy crust, cook them without a lid.
STEP 8
Pierce the leg with a knife - if light juice appears, the chicken is ready. If the juice is pink, then let it fry a little more. Remove the finished chicken legs from the heat and add freshly squeezed garlic on top to give the meat more flavor.
STEP 9
Chicken legs turn out incredibly tasty and juicy. A side dish of potatoes goes perfectly with them. Bon appetit!
