This makes my mouth water! I’ll try to make apples with vanilla sauce and share the photos! But instead of ghee I’ll use butter, I think it’s an equivalent substitute.

The apples turned out amazingly tasty, tender and juicy. And the vanilla sauce comes in very handy here, and I wanted to point out that this is the first time I’ve prepared the sauce so quickly - it’s great.
