A very unusual marinade for pork kebab. I was especially surprised by the presence of sugar and cinnamon in the ingredients of this marinade. Unfortunately, you don’t often have wine vinegar on hand, much less sesame oil. But if you want to please your loved ones with a new and interesting taste of barbecue, you will have to fork out for wine vinegar and sesame oil, they will come in handy around the house.
