Salad with smoked cheese and ham, perfect for a feast! Taste, ease of preparation.
I offer a salad that, in my opinion, is worthy of any holiday table. Smoked cheese gives it a special piquancy. When purchasing, choose quality cheese. I didn’t like the cheese that I bought; it was so smoked and overdried that it more closely resembled fish than cheese. Therefore, it is advisable to take smoked cheese in the form of a braid or blocks. Ham can be replaced with boiled pork. Add mayonnaise and croutons an hour before serving to ensure crunch of the croutons. In any case, the salad turned out (I’ll use a banal word for all delicious dishes, but I can’t find a synonym) delicious.
