    STEP 1

How to make a cupcake without eggs in the microwave in a mug? It’s very simple, first prepare all the necessary ingredients. Instead of baking powder, you can use soda; if you wish, you can use one egg. Use milk of any fat content.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place cocoa powder, vegetable oil, sugar, sour cream and milk in one bowl. You can immediately mix everything in a mug, but it’s more convenient to do it in a wide bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix the ingredients with a whisk until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps of cocoa left.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Sift flour and baking powder into the resulting mixture. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix the dough well, you should get a slightly thick mass.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the dough into a microwave-safe mug; if you wish, at this stage you can add a couple of pieces of chocolate or nuts to the mixture. The dough should take up about half the mug; if there is more, it may run away. Place the mug in the microwave at maximum power for about 3 minutes; it is important to monitor the process in order to turn off the oven in time if the dough begins to overflow.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

It is advisable to leave the finished simple chocolate cake in the microwave for 7-10 minutes so that it cools down and does not collapse due to a strong temperature change. Serve the quick cake garnished to your liking, I used powdered sugar and fresh raspberries for garnish. Enjoy your tea!

I love various quick cupcakes in a mug. I saw a recipe for a chocolate cake in the microwave without eggs on the website and immediately prepared it. Knead the dough in a bowl using a whisk. I took flour and cocoa without a slide. I used baked milk. In addition to these ingredients, I added a couple of grains of sea salt. The consistency of the dough is similar to chocolate sour cream. I baked a cupcake in my trusty ceramic mug. I pre-lubricated it from the inside with vegetable oil. The maximum power of my microwave is 750 W. The time was set to 4 minutes. After the end of the program, I checked with a toothpick for readiness. All that remains is to remove the cupcake from the mug and decorate. I got a very chocolate mini cake. It is tasty, not cloying, the structure is fluffy and porous. Good recipe, I will use it.
