For some reason they didn’t survive, I have captions for all the photos, but only the first one. To be honest, I never thought that grating chocolate would be so tedious and time-consuming. But otherwise, the pie is prepared quickly and easily! It only took me an hour and a half. Yes, it really is rises in a hill, and whoever wants an even one will have to cut off this tubercle and I think this cut will not be visible behind the glaze. And by the way, if my eyes don’t deceive me, then in the picture of this recipe there is a completely different photo - because the glaze is even, but this one You can see for yourself how rich the pie is (with raisins and nuts) and appetizing. P.S. By the way, the glaze is amazing and can be used for other recipes, even cakes! And my husband also said that if you cut this pie into layers and coat it with cream, and put this glaze on top, it will come out not a bad cake
