Really wonderful buns! I myself devoured them no worse than the children. I just had cottage cheese in the refrigerator and wanted to make pancakes with cottage cheese, but then I saw the recipe and decided to make it. The buns turned out fluffy, I sprinkled half with poppy seeds and half with sesame seeds, but I literally baked them for 20 minutes. The good thing about the recipe is that there are only a few ingredients and there’s not much time to cook anything at all, a godsend for the housewife. Although the curd dough is difficult to rise and bake, I did it well.
