I was very interested in the recipe for boiled cutlets. I decided to make creamy eggless chicken cutlets using this recipe. I twisted the chicken fillet in a meat grinder and added a loaf soaked in milk. I salted it and put soft butter with a high fat content into the minced meat. With wet hands I formed balls. Boil the cutlets in boiling salted water as described in the recipe for about 15 minutes. During cooking, the cutlets did not fall apart without eggs. Amazingly easy to prepare cutlets and incredible taste. The cutlets are very, very tender with a creamy taste. Amazingly tasty, soft, juicy and aromatic! Great recipe, I’ve added it to my treasure chest) Be sure to try it! Many thanks to the author!
