Cooked banana jam
Gourmets will appreciate it! Original, simple and very fast! Recently I was wandering around the Internet, reading various culinary recipes and accidentally came across a very interesting title - “Banana jam”. I urgently wanted to try this food, which is why in the evening of the same day I bought several kilograms of these fruits and began to cook it. I’m telling you about the method of preparing this delicacy.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

For banana jam you will need bananas and sugar.
STEP 2

First, wash the bananas, remove the peel and dark ends. Then cut into thin circles.
STEP 3

Add sugar to the sliced bananas, mix and leave for an hour to an hour and a half.
STEP 4

After this time, put the banana mixture on medium heat and cook, stirring.
STEP 5

Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat, continue to cook until the bananas are transparent for about 40-60 minutes, stirring constantly.
STEP 6

When the jam is completely ready (the bananas will become transparent), remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Then we tightly pack the banana jam into pre-sterilized jars and close the lids or roll them up. In a couple of weeks you can try banana jam! Bon appetit!
