Conchiglioni stuffed with meat and cheese
A hearty and delicious pasta dish that's easy to cook in the oven! Conchiglioni are pasta shaped like large shells that can be filled with filling. To do this you will need minced meat; in this recipe it is made from pork. It is better to pre-fry the onions in vegetable oil to make the filling more tasty and aromatic. Conchiglioni should be served hot with fresh salad or pickles.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 50 mins
STEP 1
Prepare all products.
STEP 2
Add black pepper and salt to the minced meat and mix.
STEP 3
Cut the onion into small cubes.
STEP 4
Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
STEP 5
Add onion and chopped garlic to the minced meat, stir until smooth.
STEP 6
Stuff raw pasta shells with minced meat.
STEP 7
Place the pasta in a baking dish and add water.
STEP 8
Cook the dish under a sheet of foil or covered for about 45 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the shells with grated cheese and leave in the oven to soften. Serve the stuffed conchiglioni hot. Bon appetit!
