STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients. Choose high-quality cocoa powder, since the taste of the drink depends on its characteristics. Buy full-fat milk, starting from 3.2%. Also use heavy cream so that it whips well. Before preparing the drink, cool the cream in the refrigerator. Also, to speed up the beating process, it is better to put the container and whisks that you will use when beating in the refrigerator so that they are also chilled.
STEP 2
Take the marshmallow and use a knife to cut it into small cubes. You can use vanilla or creme brulee marshmallow, but it is better to choose white shades of marshmallow so that when mixed with whipped cream you get a mass of one color. If desired, marshmallows can be replaced with white marshmallows.
STEP 3
Pour the cooled heavy cream into a chilled container and begin whisking until stiff, starting at low speed and gradually working up to high. It is better to take a whipping container with high sides so that drops of cream do not splatter when whipping.
STEP 4
Gently mix the whipped cream into a strong foam with small marshmallow cubes. Place the resulting creamy marshmallow mass in the refrigerator while cooking cocoa. The mass must be chilled.
STEP 5
Pour full-fat cow's milk into a saucepan, add cocoa powder and place over medium heat. Constantly stirring the milk with a whisk, bring it to a boil. As soon as the milk boils, add condensed milk. Mix it well with quick movements so that the condensed milk is completely dissolved, and remove the ladle from the heat.
STEP 6
Pour hot sweet cocoa into large mugs, top with cold whipped cream and marshmallows and decorate the drink to your liking. You can simply sprinkle with cocoa powder.
