Not surprising. The author did not make this cake herself. Photo is someone else's. I really wanted to depict this cake, I’ve been eyeing it for a long time, but there’s no description here. Or rather, there is, but from a different cake. The top is not registered at all. It is decorated with chocolate, and the author writes about pears. Please clarify, I really doubt it, do you really need to take 150 g of flour and 240 g of cocoa? Maybe it's the other way around? Too much cocoa. And you don't need baking powder?
