Chocolate cake with pears

STEP 1

I took the products according to the recipe. But I took a glass of flour (160 g), I needed 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa and also added baking powder.
STEP 2

Beat margarine with sugar, add eggs one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder and add to egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 3

Add cocoa and mix everything well again. The dough turns out quite thick. I took a mold with a diameter of 20 cm.
STEP 4

Peel the pears, cut into slices and place on top of the leveled dough.
STEP 5

The pie is baked quickly, definitely not an hour, about 35-40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Let cool in pan and transfer to a wire rack. Serve with melted chocolate.
STEP 6

The pie is ready. The taste is pleasant. I added more vanilla. It rose very well. After baking, I cut the cake in half lengthwise and spread it with chocolate cream. Whip the cream with melted chocolate and a spoonful of gelatin.
