The rolls turned out very tasty, and what a smell! True, a few minutes before they were ready, I put a plastic piece of regular hard cheese on each one, this gave them a golden brown color. And in order not to constantly pour fat on them, before putting them in the oven, I greased each one with mayonnaise. An excellent dish, you can safely serve it to guests, garnished with greens when serving.

The recipe is not complicated, but it turns out quickly and tasty! I cook this myself, although not so often. Instead of balyk, I can just take thin slices of bacon, but I’ve never tried adding feta, I’ve always cooked it with regular Russian cheese. But next time there will definitely be feta!
