Champignons can be replaced with oyster mushrooms or wild mushrooms. Use any cheese at your discretion, the main thing is that it is easy to grate and melts well.

First of all, let's prepare the mushrooms. Peel the onion and rinse in running water. Then finely chop the onion. Rinse the champignons well and chop finely. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Add chopped onion. Fry it for a minute. Then add the mushrooms to the pan. Fry the champignons together with the onions for 5-7 minutes, so that all the liquid that appears from the mushrooms has time to evaporate. Salt the champignons a little.
STEP 3

Cut the chicken breast fillets lengthwise. Place the resulting pieces on the board and beat them a little with a kitchen hammer.

Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. I will cook in ceramic. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and place the beaten chicken fillet. Sprinkle with salt and spices.
