Children will really like these cutlets. Preparing this dish will not take much time. But I would grind the meat and corn for the cutlets in a meat grinder or grind it in a blender. Then they will be softer and juicier. Of course, I use only the highest grade flour, and odorless vegetable oil. Bon appetit everyone!
