Casserole of fish fillet in cream with hard cheese

STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare fish baked with cheese in the oven, we will need: fish fillet (I have ready-made pressed hake fillet briquettes without bones), cheese, cream, dry dill, vegetable oil for greasing the pan, ground black pepper and salt.
STEP 2

Wash the fish fillet, dry it and cut into portions. I had ready-made portioned fillets. You can use any fish for this dish: hake, cod, halibut, pollock or red fish.
STEP 3

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place fish fillets in one layer. Salt and pepper the fish, sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp. l. dried dill.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
STEP 5

In a bowl, combine grated cheese, cream, and remaining dry dill.
STEP 6

Mix everything. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
STEP 7

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the fish pan and distribute it evenly over the fillets. Place the fish in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes, and a golden crust should form on the surface.
STEP 8

Serve fish with any side dish. It will be delicious with boiled rice, pasta and mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
