Canned plums in sugar syrup preparations
A simple recipe for canning plums. Fast and tasty. In this recipe, I told you how to quickly and easily preserve your harvest for a long time. After preservation, the plum can be used as a preparation for other culinary recipes, or you can simply enjoy the taste of the ripe berry.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Place the washed plums in sterilized jars and pour boiling water for 20 minutes.
STEP 2

Jars can be sterilized in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. You can do this by steaming and in the microwave.
STEP 3

Pour the water into a saucepan and add sugar, bring to a boil.
STEP 4

Fill the plums with syrup and screw on the sterilized lids.
STEP 5

I boil the lids in water for 5 minutes.
STEP 6

Turn the jars over and leave overnight.
