STEP 1
How to make a cake from cookies and cottage cheese without baking? Prepare the necessary ingredients. The main taste of the cake is determined by the taste of the cookies, so choose what you like best. It can be either light or chocolate. To prepare the curd cream, mash the cottage cheese with a fork. If it is dry, add a little milk or cream to make it soft and moist. Or take pureed cottage cheese straight away.
STEP 2
Separately, whip the cream with powdered sugar into a fluffy, stable cream. The cream must be sufficiently fat, at least 33%, otherwise it will not whip.
STEP 3
Using a whisk, mix the whipped cream with the cottage cheese.
STEP 4
To assemble the cake, pour milk into a cup and prepare cookies.
STEP 5
Cover the bowl for assembling the cake with cling film. Dip each cookie in milk and place on the bottom of the mold. Then spread the curd cream in an even layer. Repeat all layers in the same sequence until you run out of cream and cookies.
STEP 6
Cover the entire cake with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for several hours so that the cookies are well soaked and the cake hardens. It is most convenient to do this at night.
STEP 7
Remove the frozen cake from the mold and remove the film from it. If necessary, trim the top and sides to ensure an even cake. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle it over the cake on all sides. You can also sprinkle the finished cake with ground nuts or pour melted chocolate on it.
STEP 8
Decorate the cake to your liking. Enjoy your tea!
