A very fun and joyful salad! Everything is minimal, but such food is so easy and delicious. I boiled the vegetables in the evening, and in the morning breakfast was on the table. I love beets in different variations, I liked yours, I don’t even need garlic, the eggs will take away moisture and juice and bind the vegetables with their structure. And the colors were chosen, thanks to the author!
