My fears were not justified: the cake fell out immediately, only the pineapples categorically did not want to leave the baking dish. Surely the cake can be baked “head up”. There is still a little unmelted sugar left at the bottom, so a full glass of sugar should be put into the dough, and a third to the bottom of the mold. The cake was baked for 35 minutes, in the “Total” column for 1.5 hours.
