Banana ice cream with cocoa

STEP 1

Let's prepare simple products. It is better to take bananas that are very, very ripe; they have sweet and aromatic flesh. Cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
STEP 2

Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl in which it will be convenient to puree them with a blender.
STEP 3

Add cocoa powder.
STEP 4

In this situation, it is best to use an immersion blender to grind the products. Punch the mixture until completely homogeneous.
STEP 5

Add powdered sugar. Adjust the amount of sweetness yourself. You may have very sweet bananas - you can omit or reduce the amount of powdered sugar.
STEP 6

Blend everything well again with a blender - you get a very homogeneous, smooth chocolate puree.
STEP 7

Pour our mixture into a container with a lid that is suitable for freezing. We put it in the freezer.
STEP 8

Then every hour you need to take out the container and beat everything again with a blender - this is so that ice crystals do not form and in the end we get very smooth ice cream. We do this at least 3-4 times. Then it will take 4-5 hours to completely freeze.
STEP 9

After the freezing time has passed, we take out the finished treat and enjoy a pleasant, cool dessert!
