I bet you didn’t even know that tomatoes contain lycopene, which is terribly beneficial for our bodies, which can reduce the risk of malignant tumors. This same lycopene also prevents cardiovascular diseases. And if tomatoes are boiled, baked or fried, then more and more of it is formed. There’s just one but, and this but is that you need to eat at least 20 tomatoes a week, then they will be useful, and you need to season tomato salads with sunflower oil so that this lycopene is better absorbed.
