Although I don’t really like fish, I ate this one with pleasure. And the family didn’t say a word during the meal; their mouths were busy. Delicious. an unusual combination of lard and fish, but for good reason. This yummy dish took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to prepare. and instead of a mold and foil, I used a baking sleeve, but at the same time I literally made a 1 cm cut in it on top.
