It would not have been better to peel the apples. they are tender and the skin will be tougher.

The filling of the pancakes is very tasty. I have never combined apples with raisins. Just lick your fingers! Instead of powdered sugar, I simply sprinkled it with sugar, it turned out very interesting in my opinion.

DELICIOUS!!! I decided to make 1/2 portion. There were 10 pancakes. d20cm. But the filling had to be done twice. Very little. For 1/2 portion of dough I used 1 portion of filling. Therefore, for the amount of dough in the recipe, you need to take a double portion of the filling. I took medium sized apples. She rolled the pancakes into an envelope. I didn’t have time to sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and I didn’t have time to take a photo. The household stole it and instantly finished off the dessert. I make these pancakes every week now. Their families simply adore them. Previously, they always ate pancakes without any fillings, but now they only ask for these. Great dish for dessert!
