Thanks for reminding me of this recipe. At one time I often prepared similar pancakes, and then somehow I forgot about such yummy food. Our family especially loves these pancakes with honey.

I really love these pancakes! It’s very simple, it’s quick to prepare and it turns out delicious! I also grate the apples with a coarse grater, but with such whole pieces, I think it will be even better. need to try

I cut them into the same pieces as indicated in the recipe, but my apples were not fried well (did anyone else experience the same thing? I probably needed to use a coarse grater to prevent this from happening) And it’s so delicious, thanks for the recipe)
