Apple dessert with nuts

STEP 1

We take products according to the list.

Wash the apples, cut them into 4 parts, remove the core and seeds. Cut the peeled apples into medium-thick slices. Place them in a deep container, add sugar, add lemon juice and ½ tsp. cinnamon. Mix everything well.
STEP 3

Now evenly (as in the photo) place the apples in a round baking dish (silicone, glass, Teflon, etc.), cover them with foil and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
STEP 4

While the apples are baking, prepare a mixture of sifted flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and the remaining cinnamon. Mix it all in a convenient bowl.
STEP 5

Add melted butter to the resulting mixture, pour in vegetable oil and apple juice.
STEP 6

Add chopped walnut kernels.
STEP 7

Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform mass is formed.
STEP 8

Temporarily remove the pan with apples from the oven and remove the foil.
STEP 9

We have one step left, from which we will learn how to bake an apple dessert with nuts? Cover the apples with the prepared nut mixture and return everything to the oven for further baking, but without foil. Bake until the dessert is properly browned and the fruit is soft and bubbly. This will take approximately 30 minutes. Remove the finished dish from the oven and remove from the mold.
STEP 10

Before serving, let the dessert cool for about 15 minutes. Carefully place the portions on plates and decorate each with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream!
