Appetizer of tongue with cheese and garlic
A quick and simple snack for lovers of boiled tongue. The idea of this appetizer is very simple, but this makes the dish no less tasty. I usually spread the cheese mixture on pieces of toasted bread, but here I decided to use boiled tongue instead of bread. For beauty, I put slices of tongue on tomato slices. Both tasty and beautiful.

STEP 1

Measure out ingredients. Boil the tongue.
STEP 2

Cut the boiled tongues into thin slices.
STEP 3

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and add to mayonnaise.
STEP 4

Pass the garlic through a press and add to the cheese and mayonnaise. Stir.
STEP 5

Place 1 tsp on each tongue slice. fillings. Garnish with parsley. If desired, tongue slices can be placed on tomato slices.
