This is a very tasty dish! Now I will cook Albanian breast regularly! Moreover, this requires a minimum of time and the most common products. I was preparing a dish of chicken thighs. Otherwise I strictly followed the recipe. Cut the meat into small cubes. Added egg, potato starch, mayonnaise to the minced meat and mixed. Then I added a little salt, garlic passed through a press and kneaded the minced meat well again. I put it on a heated frying pan in the form of small pancakes. I fried it for 10 minutes on one side and the other under the lid. The meat was covered with a golden crispy crust. And the inside remained soft, tender, juicy and very tasty!
