But this salad is very interesting. When combining completely ordinary vegetables, it has a piquancy and originality, thanks to an unusual dressing. I adapted this dressing for green beans with green peas plus fresh vegetables - it turned out very, very good.. The guests almost licked the vase. The current salad for the summer: lettuce, cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes - everything is fresh, everything is straight from the garden, one might say. A storehouse of vitamins, not a salad! But the question arose - is it possible to use another vinegar for dressing, or should it basically be rice vinegar?
