It is advisable to sort the mushrooms into piles, so that one pile equals one dish. Place into bags and place in the freezer.

Pickled oyster mushrooms are no less tasty than honey mushrooms or chanterelles. Some believe that these are the most delicious mushrooms. You can cook them in a marinade according to any recipe that involves mushrooms - no need to look for special ones with the word “oyster mushrooms”. The only condition is that they should be cut into smaller pieces. The same can be said about pickling.
