Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother cooked in the kitchen, filling the house with the aromas of pies and jam. These memories became the basis of my love for cooking. In every plate I try to preserve the warmth of family traditions, the memories that surround us. Traveling the world, I absorb a variety of flavors and techniques - from the spicy curries of India to the delicate pastas of Italy. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, it is not only accessible, but also with soul. I hope my recipes inspire you to create joy and comfort in your kitchen.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Limerick Institute of Technology.
