I remember how, as a child, the aroma of freshly baked bread and fragrant spices was always in my grandmother’s kitchen. These moments with family remain in my heart forever. I have always looked for inspiration in the cuisines of different countries: from the spicy curries of India to the delicate pastas of the Italian countryside. My goal is to show that cooking delicious food can be done easily and simply, regardless of experience. By plunging into cooking, I hope that everyone will find their portion of joy and warmth, just as it was around our table in childhood.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at Stratford University.
