Place parchment on dishes suitable for use in a microwave oven. I remind you that in no case should you use metal objects, as well as dishes with a shiny coating or pattern, in microwave ovens. But all types of glass products, as well as porcelain, paper and wooden utensils, are suitable for use in the microwave. Place corn kernels on parchment.
STEP 3
Pour in vegetable oil.
STEP 4
Add some salt. If you are preparing salted popcorn, then in addition to salt, you can add some other dried spices: dried dill, paprika, garlic powder. You can also prepare sweet popcorn - in this case, you do not need to add salt, but powdered sugar will be quite appropriate, and vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
STEP 5
Cover the dish with grains with a microwave lid. Be sure to cover the lid - otherwise the popcorn will fly all over the oven. Cook at power 1000 - 2-3 minutes, at power 800 - 3-4 minutes, at power 600 - 5 minutes. As soon as the popping stops, Turn off the oven immediately to prevent the popcorn from burning. You can try reusing the kernels that do not pop to make popcorn.
