Wood-fired grass salad with kirieshka and sausage

The salad tastes like Olivier, only with croutons. Fast and easy. A very easy salad to prepare. I made it for the New Year, so instead of grass and firewood I laid out dill in the shape of a Christmas tree.

Vera, just a New Year theme, firewood, Christmas tree. I did a good job and the salad is new, and the appearance is festive, I know with croutons, everyone likes the kids, this salad has the taste of fried kirieshki, the kids are always delighted with them. But it probably needs to be eaten quickly, so the crackers can quickly evaporate under the layers of mayonnaise, or is this not important?

Thanks for your feedback. Due to the abundance of salads on the New Year's table, we did not immediately eat this salad and we had it until the next evening; the crackers did not evaporate or soften, and were also felt on the teeth. Maybe it also depends on the hardness of the different “firewood”.

Apparently, Vera, this is so. Kirieshki should be stronger than homemade ones?

Vera, it turned out to be a very nice Christmas tree :) I know this salad from my student days, it’s very tasty, but we just mixed it and served it almost immediately, we loved it when the wood creaked
