STEP 1

How to make a White Russian cocktail at home? Prepare the necessary ingredients. First you need to prepare the ice and cool the glasses. I used ready-made ice. You can make it at home. To do this, pour drinking water into the molds and place in the freezer until it hardens completely. White Russian is usually served in rocks glasses (low, wide glasses with a thick bottom; whiskey is served in similar glasses with ice).
STEP 2

Measure out the required amount of vodka, coffee liqueur and cream. I used heavy cream (30%) in the recipe.
STEP 3

Fill the glasses almost to the top with ice cubes.
STEP 4

If you have too large pieces of ice, you can crush them slightly. To do this, place the required number of cubes in a thick plastic bag and break large pieces using a kitchen hammer.
STEP 5

Pour vodka into the glass in a thin stream as the first layer. The amount of alcohol in a glass can and should be adjusted according to your taste and preferences. For me, the cocktail seemed a little strong, and in the next preparation I completely excluded vodka for myself; the result was a good variation of the “White Russian” with a milder taste.
STEP 6

Then pour in the coffee liqueur.
STEP 7

The last layer will be cream. They must be poured very carefully so that the border between liqueur with vodka and cream is preserved as much as possible, so when served the cocktail will look very beautiful. Insert a cocktail straw into each glass.
STEP 8

"White Russian" is ready, you can serve.
STEP 9

Immediately before drinking, stir the cocktail in your glass with a straw to mix all the layers as much as possible and enjoy the coffee-creamy drink! Enjoy your tasting!
