I accidentally saw a recipe for waffles with minced meat on the website and remembered how my mother often made this delicacy. Only she used round cakes and cut them into triangles. For this dish, I took twice as much ingredients and got a whole mountain of “pies”. I had rectangular waffles 140 g. I cut each sheet into 6 parts. I used pork and beef minced meat. Two onions, finely chopped and added garlic through a press. I mixed everything, salted and peppered it and began to shape the products. I spread the minced meat in a thin layer so that it had time to fry. It took me 5 C2 eggs to make the batter. Fry it covered over low heat. I really liked the “pies” in waffles! They are thin, crispy, and the filling is juicy. Even the onions became soft. This is a hearty snack or addition to first courses. Prepare it, you won’t regret it)

good good recipe, I cook it often, over time I came to the conclusion that it’s tastier to buy waffles, the ones that grandmothers bake at home, round in shape, the ones that we used to spread with boiled condensed milk, although these are my taste preferences
