Waffle cookies with mineral water

Homemade cookies are much tastier than store bought ones! These wafer cookies are suitable for cooking in a special electric form. We still have one from our grandmother, however, it is not electric - you need to place it on the stove for the cookies to bake, and then turn it over to the other side. I borrowed a recipe from one blog.

I use a similar recipe, but instead of mineral water I add milk. Nowadays, mineral water is unknown, especially in plastic bottles. And waffles taste better with milk.

I made waffles according to your recipe) it turned out delicious) although for such an amount of butter, eggs and water it took almost 2 times more flour than written in the recipe. My family loves sweets, again I would add more sugar to the cookies, or alternatively sprinkle them with powdered sugar after baking. Thanks for the recipe =)

Narmina, thank you! I asked you to correct it: instead of 350 g of flour, write 600 g.
