Do you have a waffle iron? Then you will need this recipe! One day we decided to experiment with regular waffles and added potatoes to them. Nobody expected this, but it tasted like chips! Later we completely changed the recipe, and now the world is introducing homemade waffle chips!))

Three potatoes on any fine grater. The main thing is that it is small enough.

We also grate the onion or cut it into small pieces. Less is better.
STEP 4
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. You can add flour, spices, and grated carrots if desired. In general, whatever you want.
STEP 5
We preheat our waffle iron and bake waffle chips at medium temperature so that the waffles do not burn and cook too slowly. If the chips stick to the waffle iron, add vegetable oil to the dough. Just not too much - in large quantities it will give a bitter aftertaste.
STEP 6
Ready! You can eat it. In general, the main drawback of this dish is that the waffle chips are snapped up right on the fly!))
