Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, salt and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add flour and knead the dough. Place the kneaded dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise. 
- STEP 2 - Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each part to the size of the multicooker bowl. 
- STEP 3 - Grease the bowl with vegetable oil and place the dough there. Spread the dough with tomato paste. 
- STEP 4 - Place onions and tomatoes on top of the tomato paste and add salt to taste. 
- STEP 5 - Coat the tomatoes with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and Italian herbs.
