Vanilla cake with peanuts and corn sticks

Delicious, no hassle, the kids will love it! A dessert of corn sticks with peanuts and boiled milk is very easy to prepare and, apart from the cooling time, very quick. And it is eaten even faster :) You can add any nuts to your taste or not use them at all. And you can add candied fruits or chocolate to the nuts. Help yourself!

    We cut some of the sticks (about 2/3 of the total amount, leave the rest as is) into rings 4-5 mm long.

    Lightly chop the roasted peanuts, do not get carried away too much, and add to the sticks.

    Melt the butter.

    Add boiled condensed milk, vanilla sugar and mix until smooth.

    Add the mixture of condensed milk and butter to the sticks and mix thoroughly so that the cream covers each stick.

    Place the corn sticks in a rectangular or round pan, previously lined with baking paper. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or better yet overnight, the dessert should set well.
