I made this cake for my older brother’s sixteenth birthday, but I didn’t add any fruit because... My brother doesn’t like them very much, but instead I put more cream. I made a round cake with a diameter of 17-18 cm. I decorated it with cream using an open star nozzle and chocolate. Everyone really liked it. I got 13 cake layers, 2 of them were used for sprinkling. The cake stood in the refrigerator all night and was well soaked. The cream turned out like ice cream.

It’s great that someone came up with such a wonderful idea to create such a cookbook! It’s so convenient when all the recipes you like are in one cookbook, everything is laid out in sections and even with photographs, you just want to try all the recipes. Especially such a beautiful cake. Although, it seems to me that such a cake is quite difficult to make, judging by the ingredients, it should be very tasty. I’ll try to bake this for the New Year, the cake is so beautiful, just right for the holiday table.
