There is also little good in butter, so I made half the recipe with 50 ml of olive oil. Instead of sour cream, 1% biokefir, first grade flour. There was no vanilla. I added cinnamon and dried ginger because... I was afraid that the oil would taste bitter. The dough turned out to be tough and did not roll out, but broke into pieces, I was very upset. I had to sculpt the figures with my hands like plasticine. I put it in the oven, already preheated to 180 degrees, and it only took 15 minutes. Despite this, the cookies rose and were fragrant and tasty and not hard. Sprinkled with powdered sugar. Thanks a lot. It's a pity that a newbie can't add a photo.
